Morvan Hotel Group
Our sister hotels the Best Western Royal and the Monterey Hotel, a Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western member in St Helier, are open following Government guidance and operating under BW stay safe protocols.
The Norfolk Lodge occupies a substantial landmark site in St Helier. It is one of Jersey's most established hotels being in the ownership of the Morvan Family for over sixty years with a large free on-site car park.
All 101 bedrooms are well furnished and equipped as the hotel has been the subject of on-going investment. This has included upgrades to reception and bar lounge along with the inclusion of key card bedroom security and upgrades to many hotel bedrooms. A lift serves the six-storey north wing only
Key strengths of the hotel include its on-site indoor swimming pool complex, fitness room and large public areas. The hotel boasts great, freshly prepared catering and a comprehensive evening entertainment programme.
The annexe, formerly the Rouge Bouillon House Hotel, was built in 1911 and enjoys official listed building status with some interesting features however there is no lift. This was originally the grand home of a wealthy St Helier family and today provides a contrast to the purpose-built buildings that form the main structure.
Complimentary fibre WiFi available throughout the hotel.
A warm welcome is assured from our experienced team.

The hotel staff were friendly and polite and helped carry our bags to our room. Although there is a lift it is accessed by stairs and so are some of the rooms. Not a problem if you are able bodied. It is part of the querkyness of the layout of the hotel which has been extended and altered over many...
I recently visited the Norfolk Lodge with a large group, everyone was welcoming their breakfast (served early especially for us!) was lovely with a wide range to chose from, my room (twin) was quite big, and the bar staff brilliant

We stayed at this hotel in May 2016. We had a very comfortable double room/en suite shower, which looked out onto the swimming pool complex. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and willing to assist with booking day trips with local coach firms. The dining room was efficiently organised and service was excellent. The food was well cooked and varied...
Back home yesterday after a 3 night break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sfaff, facilities and food were excellent. Our only small grumble was the bathroom. Nowhere to put things and peg on the door was a bit high to reach!! Otherwise a comfortable stay. Hope we can visit again soon.

Here for 10 days and made...
Stayed here for the second time in April this year (previous visit was nearly five years previous! Hotel owners have refurbished and is now a very pleasant place to stay. We had a family room in the separate annex. The room was very large with en-suite, TV and coffee making facilities. I found the beds a little firm but this...
We went with 50 plus others on a visit with our old car club. At a time when you would expect the hotel to be challenged with so many people turning up, and leaving, almost together, the staff coped admirably and in a very friendly helpful manner. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well serviced. When we asked to...
The hotel owners have tried very hard to make the best they can of what is basically an old building. There appear to be lots of coridoors and rooms in all directions. We asked for a quiet room away from the road noise and we got that, but the dividing walls and ceilings are quite thin, so there was noise...
