Terms & Conditions:

1. Opening dates

The Monterey Hotel and the Uplands self catering apartments are open all year

Fort d’Auvergne, Norfolk Lodge & Samares Coast are open from the end of March to the end of October, for exact dates for each hotel please contact our sales office.

2. Single Rooms

Each hotel has a limited number of single rooms which are available at the above reductions per night. However, where a twin or double room is used for 'sole occupancy' the charge shown above will apply.

3. Supplements (per night)

Fort d'Auvergne:
£15 per room for sea view and balcony.
£9 per room for sea view or beach view

The Monterey:
£8.00 per room for superior room

Samares Coast Hotel:
£15.00 per room for sea view and balcony.
£10.00 per room for sea view.

Christmas & New Year Programme supplement 24 to 27 Dec inclusive and 31 Dec £27.00 per room to include Xmas/New Year Programme and entertainment. Full details available on request.

4. Child Rates

Children are accommodated free of charge on all dates when sharing a room with two adults. Infants aged 0 to 2 years receive meals free of charge on same board terms as parents. For children aged 3 to 15 years there is a food charge included in the room rate for the same board terms as parents. This is £5.95 per breakfast and £9.75 per evening meal.

5. Meals

Meals may be taken in addition to pre-booked board terms and can be booked daily at reception, where menus and prices are displayed.

Free continental breakfast, delivered to your apartment, is available to Samares Coast serviced apartment clients and must be booked daily with reception. A welcome hamper is provided on arrival at Uplands Apartments.

6. Deposit

A £35.00 per person deposit is required to secure all bookings. This is not refundable in the event of cancellation therefore we recommend our clients to take out travel insurance.

7. Cancellations

In the event of cancellation the following charges apply:
More than 7 days prior to arrival - Loss of deposit
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of full tariff for length of stay booked

8. Payment

VISA and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. Switch cards are also accepted and cheques can be accepted if tendered 6 days before departure.

9. Taxes

All local taxes are included in these rates.

10. Inclusive Travel

We are pleased to be able to quote for your air or sea travel using fully bonded travel companies.
