We have stayed here many times and have just returned home from another visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as always and service very good. We love the breakfast buffet and the views from the dining room. Manager Phillip was very helpful and organised or flight check in and boarding passes. We would highly recommend...
Stayed here for 5 nights on a coach trip. The hotel was welcoming and friendly. Make sure you get a sea view as our standard room was on the roadside which was noisy. We upgraded to a seaview room which was quiet and tranquil. The town was too far to walk for us but a very frequent bus service operated...
We had decided on this hotel because of the location, and as we where not taking the car was the best choice. We arrived on the Saturday and where given a warm welcome by the staff. Our room was very clean and tidy along with a bottle of wine as it was our wedding anniversary. We had a champagne breakfast...

A very enjoyable week here. Hotel is not shabby, it is elegant, comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout. All staff including the manager are friendly, cheerful and eager to help. All food high quality and beautifully presented, swiftly and efficiently served. (thank you Marta)...
Comfortable, well appointed hotel. Friendly and pleasant staff. Comfortable room and beds. Clean and well serviced. Room 65 slightly "aged". Could do with some up-dating, ie, duvets instead of sheets and blankets. Good dining; variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. Vegetarian options always available. Well presented meals by pleasant and efficient staff. Attractive and comfortable lounge areas although the...

The room was very clean but decor was tired and needed improving, but it did not spoil our stay. Food was excellent as was the service. All...
First time we had visited jersey and opted to this hotel on the outskirts of the city, we had a superior balcony room which faced directly out to sea. The room from was very clean but dated.
