The Morvan family founded the hotel group in 1957 and it remains family owned and operated. It caters for some 900 guests and has both year round and seasonal hotel establishments as well as the operation of one of the few major international hotel brands in Jersey in the form of the Best Western Royal Hotel.

Training and Development

It is of vital importance to our hotel group that all members of staff receive training. This training begins with a half-day initial induction session to help you to settle into your role and to help you to bond with your fellow team members, as well as providing you with the necessary information and skills to allow you to commence your job. On-the-job training to include customer care, health and safety and fire training will support this initial induction day.

With six hotels in the group, there are plenty of opportunities to move between hotels to gain further development and experience. Whatever your role, Morvan Hotels offer exciting career prospects and the opportunities for promotion are excellent.

Accommodation

Many of our staff live in hotel staff accommodation. All staff living in staff accommodation are provided with three daily meals, whilst all other employees will receive meals whilst on duty. Please specify in your application if you require staff accommodation.
