NOTES:

1. Opening dates

The Monterey Hotel and the Uplands self catering apartments are open all year.

Fort d’Auvergne, Norfolk Lodge, Samares Coast & Uplands Hotels are open from the end of March to the end of October.

2. Single Rooms

Each hotel has a limited number of single rooms for which are available at the above reductions per night. However, where a twin or double room is used for 'sole occupancy' the charge shown above will apply.

3. Supplements (per night)

Fort d'Auvergne: £15 per room for sea view and balcony.
£8 per room for sea view or beach view

The Monterey: £8 per room for superior room

Norfolk Lodge: £2 per room reduction for WEST WING ANNEXE (in hotel grounds).

Samares Coast Hotel: £15 per room for sea view and balcony.
£10 per room for sea view.
£3 per room reduction for ANNEXE (in hotel grounds).

Christmas & New Year Programme supplement 24 to 27 Dec inclusive and 31 Dec £25 per room to include Xmas/New Year Programme and entertainment. Full details available on request.

4. Child Rates
28 Jun to 29 Aug & 20 Dec to 01 Jan

0 - 2 years (Cot) Free of charge.
3 - 15 years 50% of adult tariff.

All other dates
0 -2 years (Cot) Free of charge
3 - 15 years 35% of adult tariff

CHILD REDUCTIONS ONLY APPLY WHEN SHARING WITH TWO ADULTS.

5. Meals

Meals taken in addition to pre-booked board terms will be charged at resort as follows:

Breakfast: £6.95 (2 Star); £8.50 (3 Star); Child's breakfast (3 - 8 years) £5.95

Dinner: £12.95 (2 Star); £15.95 (3 Star) Child's early supper (3 - 8 years) £7.50; Child's dinner (9-15 years) £9.50

6. Deposit
A £30 per person deposit is required to secure all bookings. This is not refundable in the event of cancellation therefore we recommend our clients to take out travel insurance. This can be arranged through our booking office.

7. Cancellations
In the event of cancellation the following charges apply:
More than 7 days prior to arrival - Loss of deposit
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of full tariff for length of stay booked

8. Payment
VISA and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. Switch cards are also accepted and cheques can be accepted if tendered 6 days before departure.

9. Inclusive Travel
We are pleased to be able to quote for your air or sea travel using fully bonded travel companies. Travel can also be booked on line at our web site http://www.morvanhotels.com.
